Privacy Policy

DETUNE Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information related to KORG Gadget for PlayStation (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") provided for PlayStation.

株式会社DETUNE（以下「当社」といいます。）は、PlayStation向けに提供するKORG Gadget for PlayStation（以下「本ソフトウェア」）に関する個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between DETUNE Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the end user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the use of KORG Gadget for PlayStation (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").
 

License Grant

The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement, on a worldwide basis.
 

Restrictions

The User shall not:
・Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
・Copy, modify, or redistribute the Software.
・Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
 

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software shall remain the property of the Provider.
 

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software's fitness for a particular purpose. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
 

Termination

This Agreement will terminate immediately if the User violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in their possession.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the User resides or where applicable law applies. The User and the Provider agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must not use the Software.

エンドユーザーライセンス契約 (EULA)

本エンドユーザーライセンス契約（以下「本契約」）は、KORG Gadget for PlayStation（以下「本ソフトウェア」）の使用に関して、株式会社DETUNE（以下「提供者」）とエンドユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）との間で締結される法的契約です。
 

使用許諾

提供者は、本契約の条件に従い、ユーザーに対して本ソフトウェアを個人的または業務用に使用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不可のライセンスを許諾します。
 

制限事項

ユーザーは以下の行為を行わないものとします。
・本ソフトウェアの逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング
・本ソフトウェアの複製、改変、再配布
・本ソフトウェアを違法または不正な目的で使用すること
 

所有権

本ソフトウェアおよびその全ての権利は提供者に帰属します。
 

免責事項

提供者は、本ソフトウェアが特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。また、いかなる損害についても提供者は責任を負いません。
 

契約の終了

ユーザーが本契約に違反した場合、提供者は本契約を即時終了させることができます。
 

準拠法および管轄

本契約は、ユーザーの居住国または適用される法域の法律に準拠します。また、ユーザーと提供者は、本契約に関連する紛争について、適用される法域の裁判所の専属的管轄権に従うことに同意します。
 
本契約に同意しない場合、本ソフトウェアを使用しないでください。
